Sleep Mode (Herbal Sleep Aid) Blue Vervain, Lavender Ultra, Chamomile, Valerian Root, Passion Flower. How to consume this tea blend: Using a pot, boil 24 - 32oz of water then reduce flame. Place 2 full teaspoons of herbs in & stir for 20-30 min. Once the water absorbs properties, pour into cup through strainer to catch the herbs.
