Lung & Heart Health Tea Blend

Ingredients: Eucalyptus, Hibiscus, Ginger & Mullein

How to consume this tea blend: Using a pot, boil 24 - 32oz of water then reduce flame. Place 2 full teaspoons of herbs in & stir for 20-30 min. Once the water absorbs properties, pour into cup through strainer to catch the herbs. Adding fresh squeezed key lime enhances flavor & adds additional antioxidants.
